Routine Drinking Water, Cheapest Option to Lose Weight

Drink water at regular intervals may be able to be the easiest and cheapest option to lose weight. A study states, drinking water before meals can help ensure successful weight loss program.

As reported by Dailymail, adults who drank two glasses before meals lost about 4 lb weight equivalent of 1,814 pounds or more, compared to those who did not drink water.

The research is one of 11 studies on the effects of drinking water on diet are reviewed by experts and published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutritrion. Three other research in-review other states also clear evidence that water consumption can help boost weight loss success.

According to one of the researchers who conducted the review, Brenda Davy of Virginia Tech, water consumption can help reduce hunger and help dieters reduce calorie intake.

This is supported by another study that found that women who increased water consumption during the diet lost more weight than those who drank less than 1 liter of water per day.
