If not Want Got Diabetes, Hold Your Anger

The risk of diabetes mostly comes from messy and excessive consumption of sweet foods. But according to a new study, the risk of diabetes could also come from poor emotional management aka tantrums.

In other words, a study published in the Journal of Behavioral Medicine suggests that difficulties with emotion or tantrums can increase a person's risk of diabetes.

"In this study, people who often lost his temper much more prone to insulin resistance than those who remained calm and cool when faced with certain situations," said researcher Vera Tsenkova, Ph.D., of the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.

"Because, anger improve performance hormones that block the blood sugar control. Consequently the people who love angry would likely higher risk of diabetes than those who do not so easily upset or indeed impatient," he said as quoted by menshealth, Tuesday (2 / 4/2013).

However, the risk of diabetes also can not be avoided simply by holding anger or just exercise patience. Everyone is required to have a proper diet, and balance it with exercise or other physical activity to avoid the disease is sugar.
