How To Control Our Dream (Lucid Dream)

Lucid dream may mean that we're aware that we are in a dream, Lucid dream itself divided into 2 types:

1. Dream initiated Lucid Dreaming (DILD)
is a state when we realize we're in a dream WHILE being in the middle of a dream. It is more common, and is more toward the accident.

2. Wake initiated Lucid Dreaming (WILD)
Lucid is a state of conscious dream.

Meanwhile, people who do Lucid dream called Oneironaut or to facilitate the dream we call Bender.

Here's the technique:
Usually, we are not aware and had suddenly been awakened the next morning. Exactly when did we fall asleep? To be a Dream Bender, we must train ourselves and try to pay attention to exactly when we fell asleep. When we managed to realize when penetrating the membrane between the wake-sleep (known as the hypnagogic state), theoretically we would be aware when they arrive in the dreamland. -->

1. Concentration and Relax.

3. Keep the mind to remain conscious.
The core of WIoLD is to make the body relaxed but awake in a state of mind at ease. If you tense your mind, your body will not want to sleep. This way can be done in various ways, such as counting, imagine yourself being up and down stairs, and so forth. Phase 2 and 3 can be done individually or together.

4. This is the main phase, you should pay attention.

Lucid Dream

When we arrived at the hypnagogic state in a conscious state, we usually will experience sleep paralysis (commonly known as jinn occupied during sleep), heard loud noises, difficulty breathing, the sensation of falling or spinning, and the feeling of flying into other dimensions. 1. Dream Journal
This is the most basic technique and should be done continuously. Provide pencils and paper next to our bed, and each of us wake up, immediately write down any dreams remembered from us. 4. Wake-Back-to-Bed (WBTB)

5. Lucid Timer
