Ideal Body Weight Is Not Always Free Cholesterol

Someone who is overweight should be aware of bad cholesterol in the body. But that does not mean the owner of the ideal weight can stay calm, because equally at risk of excess cholesterol.

Despite having an ideal weight, a person remains at risk of excess cholesterol when eating lots of fatty foods. Consumption of fatty foods will influence the high consumption of cholesterol into the body.

Setting healthy eating with calorie balanced is the pattern of consumption of foods containing the nutrients in the type and amount in accordance with the needs of the body. These settings include choosing foods low in sugar, low salt, low fat, high fiber, and caloric balance.

Nutrients needed for healthy living such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, and calcium. In the body, the nutrients may act as a source of energy, builder substances, and replace the body's cells are damaged.

The nutritional needs of a person needs to be met in order to remain healthy.
