6 Tips to Reduce Risk of Animals Allergies

Raising animals such as cats, dogs or birds has many benefits. Besides being able to make the body become more active, pets can also help reduce stress and make your life happier.

Unfortunately, there are some people who have allergies to animals. For them, the animals became worst enemy. The combination of dead skin cells and hair or animal hair can trigger asthma attacks and other allergic reactions for those who are sensitive to allergens.

But with some extra effort, maybe you can still maintain a pet. Here are a few tips:

1. Minimize contact

You can reduce allergens in the home as much as possible to put the pet outdoors. Or at least, from the bedrooms of people who have allergies.

In addition, you can limit contact such as holding animal hair or wash your hands thoroughly after doing so. Not coat your house with rugs also can reduce the likelihood of many animal fur or hair on the floor, walls or furniture.

2. Avoid animal sitting on sofa

3. Clean the house as much as possible
