1. Kick forward (1 minute)

Extend your arms forward and lift your foot to touch your hand. Do this by lifting legs one at a moderate pace to avoid injury. This exercise serves to help warm the body.

2. Squat (1 minute)

Squat is one of the best exercises for the lower body such as the buttocks and thighs. To do squats, open your legs hip size (or larger), then do the motion like you are about to sit down, then up again. This exercise can increase energy in your workout, increase heart rate, and formed calves.

3. Push ups (1 minute)

Not just to make up the chest, but also strengthens the shoulders and triceps. If the push-up movement generally considered too heavy then you can put your knees on the floor to reduce the body burden.

4. Plank (1 minute)

The position is similar to the push-up plank, plank difference only maintain the position for a period of time without having to move. Sounds easy, but the plank can strengthen muscles in the lower back and abdomen.

5. Burpees (1 minute)

The movement is a combination squat burpees, hand movements on the floor, push-ups and a few other moves as well. You can do as many as possible in 1 minute.
